From theater to corporate strategy, my work has always centered on one thing: the power of story.
Friends call me ‘The Jen Moff.’ Whether it’s my love of bold shoes, colorful hair, or stage presence, I’ve always stood out. But what really defines me is a lifelong love of story — whether acting on stage, training leaders, or helping organizations grow, story has been the common thread.
Every career has a storyline. Mine has taken me from childhood curiosity to the stage, and from managing stores to shaping culture, training, and leadership. Here are a few of the milestones that shaped my path — and the perspective I bring to every audience and organization I work with.

Awarded "Loves to be Read To" by my kindergarten teacher at the end of the school year. Story has been central since the very beginning.

Studied theater performance, learning how presence and story connect people across time.

Managed multiple AT&T franchise stores, creating monthly team building meetings and traveled to train employees at new store openings. I learned firsthand the challenges leaders face in fast-paced environments.

Launched my business to coach founder-led teams and high-achieving women on leadership, communication, and boundaries. Began speaking to companies and conferences about story-driven leadership, psychological safety, and executive presence—the start of weaving story into professional growth.

Traveled across North America delivering technical training on point-of-sale software, sharpening my skills in facilitation and adult learning.

Trusted intuition, relocated to Boston, and partnered with aligned organizations like Toast while continuing freelance facilitation and coaching.

After years in organizational development, facilitation, and consulting, I’ve returned to the roots that first called me in high school — the actor and the entrepreneur. Today, speaking, consulting, and performing converge around a single theme: story. It’s proof that sometimes the path forward leads us right back to where we began.
Beyond the stage and strategy sessions, here are a few things that make me, well… me.
These are the principles that guide my work with leaders, teams, and audiences.
